Shake the self-tanning mousse before use and then apply it to cleansed skin in circular motions. Ideally, exfoliate before application, but do not use moisturizer. For a perfect, even result, be sure to use a self-tanning mitt for application. Apply the self-tanning mousse sparingly to hands, feet, knees, and elbows.
