Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

End of the Withdrawal Policy

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, nor to goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery, or to goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
