Shipping Costs

The shipment of goods is available to Germany and EU countries.

For shipments to Germany, we offer free shipping to customers for orders with a merchandise value of €30.00 or more.
If the order value is below this amount, we charge €4.95. The order value refers to the subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

For shipments to Austria, we offer free shipping to customers for orders with a merchandise value of €50.00 or more.
If the order value is below this amount, we charge €11.95. The order value refers to the subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

For shipments to other EU countries, we offer free shipping to customers for orders with a merchandise value of €50.00 or more.
If the order value is below this amount, we charge €19.95. The order value refers to the subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

The goods are shipped via the logistics company DHL. The shipping risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer.
